Scott Entinger is beginning his second year coaching
the Southridge Freshmen team after getting his feet
wet coaching in the Junior Metro program. Scott
played his high school ball at North Medford in
Medford, Or and was a 3 year Varsity Lettermen.
After a broken ankle sidelined him his freshmen year
in college, he transferred to University of Oregon
and was a walk-on for the Ducks under Jerry Greene.
Hard work, perseverance and determination are
characteristics that guided Scott throughout his
career, and something he tries to instill every day
as a coach. His passion for basketball is only
outweighed by his passion for working with young
student athletes. His 3 year old daughter, Livvy,
is already blossoming into a future Skyhawk and can
be seen cheering on the team at most games.

Coach Reynolds begins his third year at Southridge and
his 16th year of coaching boys H.S.
basketball overall. Rick is excited about the
opportunity to continue to help build the Southridge
program to be one that is respected throughout the state
for its yearly success. Last season Coach Reynolds’ JV
II team went 11 – 9 and he is looking to improve on that
this season. Rick likes his teams to play up-tempo and
to play pressure full court defense. In his down time,
Rick enjoys spending time with his family and friends in
addition to anything that is related to basketball.
Rick is most proud if his daughter, Maranda, whom is a
college sophomore this year at Weber State. |
