Registration Details

There are three primary steps required to register for the Southridge Boys Basketball program:

1) Complete the Beaverton School District Participation Form

2) Physical – either last year or this year (Medical Examination Form)

3) Fee - $225 due 5 days from selection to a team (Checks payable to Southridge High School)

Information can be submitted to the high school office in care of Jorgine Cummings.

Note – other costs may be incurred at the team level (ie sweats) and will be determined once team rosters are finalized.
